Dust characters not being counted in chat channels.

With the addition of Dust to TQ I decided to see what features were available in Eve towards Dust players.

Unfortunately I can't give cash but, I did notice that they are not counted in the total players in a chat channel. So if there are 2 eve players and 1 dust player the chat channel shows 2 instead of 3.

Is this intentional or something that needs addressed with a UI update to show Dust players separate

**EDIT**
I see that the dust players are shown in the upper right but they are not shown in the tab section of the chat window. It's still a conflict I think.
