Details of the contract are negotiable. Below is a draft contract with identifying information anonymized. This character is a non-pilot alt which will be deleted from existence on completion of this contract, and will act as the sole intermediary of all funds and communications in excecution of this contract.

Contract of Retribution against _TARGET CORP_

Target: TARGET CORP all six members of TARGET CORP and any allies

Founder of TARGET CORP is FOUNDER-NAME this character is not a member, but has been observed operating in concert with TARET CORP probably in a training or advisory role. If this character and his corporation appears to be intervening on behalf of TARGET CORP, client will be interested in possible actions that can be taken against FOUNDER-NAME and/or hisCorp(s).

Note if allies are brought into the war, client will pay additional fees to be negotiated in advance. In a previous war they hired MERC CORP. It is to be expected that they may do so again.

Duration: Until "surrender" by TARGET CORP

Start date: Immediate TARGET CORP members are evidently TIME ZONE so timing war dec so that hostilities can ensue just prior to 5am TIME ZONE on the following day is recommended.

Mission type: Destroy all TARGET CORP ships on sight. Deprive them of the opportunity to leave station. Use of infiltration, psych warfare, etc. or any other methods appropriate to demoralize, and cause any and all harm to all TARGET CORP members. These griefers have ****** with the wrong "carebear!"

Payment terms: a suitable retainer will be provided on contract, to be negotiated. All war deccing fees will be paid by the client via this intermediatry character, along with a suitable weekly retainer. I anticipate that this contract may take multiple weeks to complete, and I am prepared to pay for as long as necessary to achieve total victory. In addition, a per kill primary payment will be made with each killboard record of a kill against a TARGET CORP member by a member of the contracting mercencary corporation. Additional fees for podding can be discussed.

Conditions of target surrender: TARGET CORP must request terms for their surrender, i.e., cessation of hostilities with the contracting merc corporation. The goal of this contract is to cause TARGET CORP to request an end to hostilities with the contracting merc corp. Only the following explanation for hostilities should be provided "Hostile action is a part of Eve and our client sought hostile action against you for entirely personal reasons, namely a profound revulsion and hatred of every member of your corp and what your corp stands for as a high sec griefer corp. It was not merely an opportunity to profit from your demise. It was also that you are a bunch of assholes who deserve to have your gameplay turned into a living nightmare and the client wanted you to suffer for your sins. If you want a cessation of hostilities, we will convey that to the client and you will be told the terms for your surrender. Client has instructed us that, failure to agree to terms of surrender will result in a permanent contract of war against you and your members."

If suitable terms for surrender are met, then the contract will be completed, otherwise the contract will be renewed indefinitely, and if necessary sub-contract merc corps may be retained with consultation of the primary merc contractor.

Completion of the contract will result in an automatic bonus of 100 million ISK. All loot collected during the war is property of the contracting mercenary corp.
