Do they only spawn after down time or through out the day?...


If they escalate can anyone else scan them down and run them?

They spawn somewhere else when someone completes it.

Escalations can be done by other but they can only be scanned down when you are present in the escalated complex.

I only think they can scan you down using combat probes.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Very little chance of them re spawning in the same system. No one knows for sure.. but some say it will resawn in the same constellation.
