Yeah, it was on Sisi when the racial CQ's were up. I'm not sure if it's still there (the CQ's aren't).

It looked really good, but was slightly bugged at the time -- unlike the 'rigid' geometry of the monocles, it 'squished' a bit whenever your character frowned or blinked...

This eye patch was in the test build for the winter expansion. Just putting that out there, don't get your hopes up and rage at me if it and the other added items are not released then.
