Tracking feature "stuck"

Good morning,

I'm experiencing the following problem and I wanted to see if someone else has it and if they have found a way around it:

I have 2 clients installed on my computer and in one of them the tracking feature is "stuck". Enabling or disabling it has no effect.
My camera keeps tracking everything which can be quite annoying. In the second client the option works just fine.
Clearing the cache doesn't help.

PS. No i haven't tried to reinstall the client. This is something i would like to avoid due to the huge DL before i get some confirmation that it will resolve my issue.

Hello there,

I think i know what you're talking about. Try clicking on the 'Options' icon on the Selected Item window at the top right of the screen then click tracking camera.

Hope this helps you out if you haven't found out how to fix it yet.

I thought mine was also stuck, try tabbing the button 'C' the direct option [x] did not work for me but the C shortcut did.
