199 euro for 13 plex ? when bought seperatly they cost only 195 euro ?

i just came back here to edit post as i just found out about the job losses at ccp and didnt feel it apropriate. anyway cant now as someone quoted it.

source? don't have access to the numbers at ccp ;) pure speculation and i market trade a bit, finger on EVEs pulse you might say.

It's likely to reflect GDP. Plex sellers are more likely to come from countries where everyone is individually richer. USA has a higher GDP than most of Europe.

It may also be affected by income distribution. I don't know whether countries where the 1% are relatively richer means more plex sold or less. There's a well-known story of a Russian billionaire buying a very large sum of plex a few years ago.

Yep, there is VAT involved for European residents. To be more precise (taken from our Account Management page):
