Issue: Bounty notifications continue after bounty taken

It appears that bounty notifications continue to be given, long after the bounty that I placed was completely utilized.

As I mentioned in a previous thread, I placed about 100m ISK bounty on Kil2 at his request, and then was spammed by notifications every time he died, which was interesting at first.

However, the ISK value I placed on him has been completely claimed now, many times over I suspect, and when I checked, his bounty was showing zero. Yet when I logged in this morning I found yet more notifications saying his bounty had been claimed.

I presume either:
a) someone else put a bounty on him or
b) the system issues bounty notifications regardless of if the person has any bounty left or not.

Either way, notification spam is bad, as is breaking immersion by stopping a persons death / their bounty payout being on *my* behalf, rather than just some swirling pool of ISK.

It is b), but not quite. It's specific to your placed bounty.

Due to technical reasons, it was not carried out in time for retribution as we would have to track everybody's bounty specifically.
This is due to be changed soon, and when your bounty is consumed it will stop sending you notifications.
