Could the Naga become a torp boat in the upcoming balance changes?

So, I saw the changes to the cyclone becoming a missile boat and it got me thinking: "Maybe now they'll make the Naga a torpedo ship?"
From my understanding, the role of the Naga is largely similar to that of the Talos.
So what if in the upcoming balance changes, the Naga was given bonuses to siege missile launchers?

When they told the community about the new BCs the Naga was supposed to have 8 launchers (The Talos was also supposed to have a web strength bonus like the Vindicator) but they decided it was too overpowered

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

Yes, but what if they readjusted the balance to make it on par with the turret BCs?

The Naga used to be a torp boat, back when it was first on Sisi - but it sucked.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Gallente "Drone users" don't have one either? Amarr "missile users" don't have one either? Amarr "drone users" don't have one either? etc.

Not all ship classes have options supporting all racial weapon systems, and I don't really see this as something that varrants changes in current ships. Maybe introduce new ships instead?

That's exactly how it was at first, with bonuses to both. And as I already mentioned, it sucked.

Then it would thoroughly wreck what is currently an excellent ship.

Nah. Caldari are primarily missile and hybrid users. The Naga fits that bill perfectly as is and it would be a shame to ruin a ship for no good reason.

What they certainly don't need more of is meh-ish missile boats.

The role of the Naga is nothing like the Talos.

The Naga is much better suited to railgun work, although it can be made to work fine with blasters, just not quite as well as a Talos.
The Talos is much better suited to blasters, although it can be made to work fine with railguns, although not nearly as well as a Naga.

And saying Caldari are primarily missile users is like saying Gallente are primarily drone users. It's really only half of the story.
