I have tried to help with a "real" comment

The corps I listed should be able to help you out, I am sure they would not pass up the isk for a single kill.
As the topic says

100 mill to FIRST non-moronic post - I believe I have won.

I think that believing you would actually get the ISK qualifies your post as moronic.

The problem is, if this person is in a NPC Corp or known to jump corps, normal Mercs are not going to help you much.

You are effectively looking for a Suicider. That cost will depend on what your target flies since they need to make sure they have enough members and the right ships to kill him before concord arrives. With 1 person left over to pop the pod.

If this person has a killright on him it does makes things easier.

If he is in a corp and has been for a long time. A Wardec will work, the issue however ever is the person can leave the corp making him a none target.

Information is key, the more info you provide will determine the type of people you will need for whatever it is you want done.
