I would like to auction this great and proven PVP toon and for the right price he can be yours.

Noslvs is one of my original toons, so I am a bit attached and will hold out for the price I want for the toon. Feel free to make any reasonable offer and I promise to consider. You may even post if all you would like to share is what you think he may be worth in today's market. I always find that kind of thing interesting.

He has remap avail and some clones with +4's.

Noslvs (No Sleeves) He was named along with a few other characters with differing sleeve lengths. You don't really want to know why...

The reason he has so many skills plugged in and not trained is because he is a real 0.0 toon and for much of his life was not allowed in high sec, so when I made the trip in I loaded up. You will find many 0.0 dwellers that do the same. It isn't the only way to play, but it is how I play.

The 17 bil offer is fair and I am close to the computer. Contact me in game and we can do the deal :)
