Whenever someone puts those kill rights up for isk I usually remind them that I can be freely shot by anyone at anytime - anywhere. Oh well, if it makes them feel better, so be it.

It's the "We go down to low/null, camp gates on weekends then run lvl 4 missions in highsec in faction BS's Mon-Fri." crowd who suffer from it the most.

Last night I dreamt I shot a rat and ruined my perfect -10.0 security status. I awoke from my nightmare sweating and suicide ganked a few people in Amarr just to make sure.

I'm quite entertained when I get a killright activated popup especially since I have several that are around 10 million on me.

So true such as the KM detailed above, though looks like he was moving it to sell it perhaps?

However for you real killers, I would think they are just increasing the number of people who may shoot you in HS which I am sure you will enjoy.

When the going gets tough the Gankers get their CSM rep to change mechanics in their favour.

Nope (unless they pod in lowsec which would be detrimental to entering highsec)

You are right, I looked at the Nightmare pilots KB and he had ganked an exhumer and mining barge in HS, so its only affecting casual gankers, not the professional and real killers of Eve.

Looks like he didn't forget just thought those warp core stabs would be enough but never forget you're enemy may be more determined then you, they we're definitely stalking him and came prepared.
