Business Training mission - impossible to request it

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with Business Training mission. I have to abbadon it due to quest item lost (my ship has been destroyed with data feed). I asked some guys on rooki help and they said that I should be able to request it after 4 hours (so as Aura told me during tutorial). Is it now ~12h after and I'm still unable to start it. Any advice?
Btw... now i know that i could buy it on market. Bah.

CCP usually resets the tutorial missions very quickly.

File a petiton in game - F12 - Eve Help.

Character stuck - agent mission in progress -

However, they might not do it since you have abandoned (quit) the mission. If so, you can always access another Business Career Agent. Each of the 4 main Factions has 3 stations containing a set of 5 Career Agents. That's a total of 15 Career Agents per Faction that can be completed once in the life of the character.
