Harassment on Test server, can a GM respond to this please?

I don't normally mind about what people say...
but I was on the test server earlier today and somebody (won't name here) in local said something very screwed up and disrespectful (won't mention it here either). Now I can handle normal banter, but this was truly something wrong. I looked up the server rules and the TOS and it is in clear violation of both.

How do I deal with this situation CCP? Should I just file a petition in the test server or post in a test server thread somewhere? Do petitions in the test server even work?

I don't understand why people need to act like this. Its sick.

If you believe it's a eula violation and requires GM attention, the best course of action is a petition on the live server/website. It's possible that GM's don't have access to Test server logging, but atleast you did what you could do.

GM's will not respond to petitions on the live server regarding any of the test servers, regardless of the issue.

Rule violations and enforcment is extremly limited / non-existant on all the servers unless it directly impacts the server itself (i.e. if you dump 1000 sentry guns somewhere).

@OP - Just block the person and get on with it.

Theres a difference between test server rule violation and EULA violation. EULA violations are quite more serious than test server rules. If you find someone hacking, blurting out racial texts, selling isk, I would hope CCP would like to hear that.

Even then, there is very minimal enforcement. GM's have no control of the test servers and it isn't under there enforcement areas, regardless of what was said.

ISK Sellers can't access the server anyway as they only use trial accounts, not paid subscriptions and any bans on TQ are carried over to the test servers.

If you really want to contact a GM on Buck, hang out in the "Buckingham" channel for a few hours, ISDs and GMs regularly converse with players there
