Fleet broadcasts while typing

I've noticed that since Retribution, some of the keys I have bound to broadcasts will happen whenever I'm typing. I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but its terribly aggravating (especially when I'm not in a fleet and get the "not in fleet" popup).

Is this a known issue?

It depends on what the key binding is. To me it seems that normal presses and those with shift pressed create text. If you press ctrl or alt, their shortcut versions are triggered. It might have to do with those not generating valid characters.

If you can list the offending shortcuts readers from this forum can better tell whether it's intended or not.

In my opinion, shortcuts that create valid characters should not be triggered while typing, but CCP and I don't always agree.

I have G bound to broadcast for armor and H for shield. Whenever I'm typing in the corp or fleet chat boxes, for example, and I type "running," again for example, the word will type "runnin" and it'll broadcast for armor or give me the error.
