Forced you, uh huh...Sure they did.... They held a gun to your head in RL?

First off, don't jump all over me for the 'Jewbal' thing in the thread title. Its a cheeky name the goon financiers gave themselves because they're almost all Jewish.

Probably not excusable in any context on the forums: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1541035#post1541035

Ok, here is what I will say about the use of 'Jewgold', Jewing' and other terms of that nature. They don't add anything of value to a discussion. The very terminology is offensive to many and completely unnecessary. There are many of our players who are Jewish and they should not be subjected to phrasing which makes them and others feel uncomfortable.

As for insider trading, as long as the goons don't rub CCP's nose in it, "limited" insider trader will be tolerated due to the difficulty/impracticality for CCP to prosecute it. Especially with bots, RMT, and keeping subs up generally being more important than virtual fraud with virtual money.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

I'm here to warn people against electing more Goons to the CSM

tbh I'd take a Goon over pretty much anyone claiming to be a "high-sec" representative. It's good to know they're running someone.

James 315 is considering running as the highsec candidate. I think we can all agree he's an expert on the subject.

Surely you're perceptive enough (i.e. not AFK) to notice the qualifier in my statement.

I was merely giving the carebears hope. Lol

James 315 would be the best possible candidate for Higsec miners and industrialists. The miners cannot ask for a better person to look after their affairs, and James has a proven track-record of being active in his pursuits.

There are more subtle forms of coercion involving implied promises, half-truths, and male players pretending to be attractive female players; I'm not going to get into a whole big Thing about it.

If you're implying goons frequently cross dress, I could not begin to speculate on that and certainly would not harbor any ill-will towards someone who did; Live and let live, I say.

Please do give us more because I am finding nothing about this new kind of scam from our records.

Please don't tell me he/she offered to come over to your house in RL and give you a BJ if you mined veldspar?

Imagine how well virtual punishments work in deterring this sort of thing.
Virtual punishments such as being thrown off the CSM, having your real name associated with an NDA breach (not a good career move, FYI), being permabanned, and having all the ISK destroyed, you mean?

There are many ways to do things and I trust Aryth and co. to be smart enough to do whatever, completely undetected.

I might be concerned if I thought the CSM had any relevance whatsoever. They are told what CCP wants them to hear. Nothing important, I assure you. CCP are not that stupid.

Icelandic Special Forces will be dispatched to do what exactly? Unless he's from that country there is little recourse. Oooo they will ban his ingame account. Not saying he is, could or would do it. But if he did, there is little that can be done about it.

More like any future potential employer googling his name, finding "Joe Whatever removed from EVE Online council due to NDA breach" and tossing his resume in the shredder. "NDA breach" is a pretty big red flag.

Even the possibility that I run is enough to bring the loonies out of the woodwork. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Bear

By the way, it's "Goonswarm Economic Cabal", or "Sandhedrin" if you really insist on something that sounds more formal. Since the cultural revolution we've bowed to the whims of Dear Leader and sought a more all-inclusive name.

Completely avoid the numerous compelling arguments I made, and go straight for the character attack. Classy stuff, you'll do well in politics.

mynnna makes an excellent csm representative for the exact reason he has made so much money: he can spot the flaw in the ccp idea immediately and explain exactly why that's such a tremendously bad idea and how it will be exploited

it's often been a problem with the csm that they simply lack the knowledge to analyze ideas from an economic perspective and can't ask their knowledgable friends (nda) hence, you elect someone who can spot the flaw in the idea before it hits sisi

can't imagine why anyone ignored these compelling arguments:

All of those, except for the real-name association with a NDA breach are virtual. I also have some theories based around Vedic/Gnostic philosophy that present our "real" world as being virtual and akin to a dream, if anyone is interested in hearing about that.
