This is puzzling me. Gist C-Types are as much as 300m and they're selling frequently, yet the B-Types are ~250m and they don't sell.

Am i missing something here? Or are people actually too stupid to check the prices of the different Types?

You are not missing anything.

My favourite are the Officer mods that are actually worse stat-wise than the Deadspace stuff but still sell for 5 times as much because PURPLES.

A long time before JFs I used to buy pirate implants from NPC 0.0 markets with buy orders for around 10% of their actual Jita value and flew batches of them to empire.

The first few Drakes that were sold when they came out went for 150m+, and you could buy the BPO from neighboring systems (literally 1 jump away) and resell in Jita tacking on 100-150m for the first day.

Dumb people make the economy work!

Now they are down to 220m whilst c-types are still up!

same thing is happening with gist b-type x-l shield boosters and their c-type variant ... or happened , i didn`t followed the market ^^

i bought 40 of b-type when the price was absurde low , for ~375m each , now three weeks later i have managed to sell them already for 475m the cheapest . Take a risk ^^

I bought a few low but didn't see the point when people have block sales of 20 units for 200m each.

I'll sit this one out but I'm interested where it's going to go.

Sometimes On the XL the cap difference changes the demand. A Lot of folks try to perma-rep larges on BSes. But 4gj is not much of a difference. Most likely just short sightedness. I recently put a B-type on a ship I had planned for a C to save iskies...

It could also be that supply is a factor - I don't know what the source for these boosters is but it there are say 3 different sites that can drop a B-type compared to sites that drop a C-type then price difference could also be a factor of rareity.

Is there a contracts chat room/mailing list? Could be very useful for those who don't follow the contracts market that closely.
