Hmmm let's see I already volunteered to do it. You agreed to it since you're the only person clamoring and whining about this being a scam and said you'd find a 3rd party last night. So if you wanna break your end of the bargain fine. You're pretty much already a laughing stock of a large portion of the community so this will just add some fuel to the fire.

The only person that i know of doing audit is Vaerah Vahrokha and i think that he won't do an audit on an ongoing project, he takes his business way too seriously for that. So actually no third party is willing to do such an audit.

Molic Blackbird has agreed to perform an audit of my operations and has been sent full API account data on all three accounts, my spreadsheets and other relevant information so that he can properly perform the analysis. As it'll take a day or two to do a proper analysis as it's not a small task to sift through the wall of text that'll appear from my daily transactions/market operations he'll post the results whenever he's finished.

Again, you have no track record, offer no collateral, offer no API, obviously a scammer.

All you have to do to totally discredit me is release your API, but you wont and its apparent why.

I have extensively cleaned this thread. Posting of chat logs and private e-mails is prohibited. Additionally, there was extensive trolling on this thread. Questioning the validity of an IPO or investment is a legitimate use of the forums and I have left several posts that do this; however, harassment and trolling of these threads (even in the search of proof) is against the rules.

Good to hear from you Dervinus! Been a good long while since we've spoken. Drop me a line when you see me online and we'll catch up.

In regard to the audit Molic has at this time found that the task of conducting an audit/analysis is a time-intensive task so I'll be seeking alternative candidates now though I've exhausted the big names already so the search is ongoing. Weekly update will be posted for trading this weekend as usual now that it is being actively conducted again post-personal audit. I'm trying something slightly new so we'll see how it pans out as it'll enable better profit reporting should I be able to maintain my strategy for roughly a week at a time. More to come soon!

But what is the actual point of an 'Audit' at this stage in your fund. Aside from you getting a 2nd opinion on your performance.

Obviously, given the sensitivity of your operation, it is Stupid to send out API keys to trolls, as you may get some kind of wardec w/e as a result, this is EVE after all.

If it is to satisfy some idiots unsatiable reasoning & somehow prevent, or call you out as a 'Scammer' Roll im afraid that time has come and gone wouldn't you agree. (the isk is already in your wallet)

so again, why an audit.

Quite honestly I have no problem disclosing information, but have avoided giving out an API to keep my trader immune for the reasons you listed above. Regardless I'd like to disclose more and get an objective 3rd party involved to verify the legitimacy of my operation. Obviously there will always be detractors regardless of what I post or try to provide but like I said I'd like to disclose more about the operation provided I didn't have to identify the alt that conducts the trade or what exactly he trades in. As for it being too late I would have to disagree as there's typically more room for transparency, but perhaps not without compromising my business. Ultimately if I'm not able to find a reputable 3rd party then I guess I will just continue operations as I have since business is going much better than I could have imagined when I started and time will ultimately absolve me of any accusations.

For the public record:

A cash-out was started on 07/01/13 via eve-mail to JVL.
This morning, 09/01/13, payment was received of principal + interest.

My account has thus been closed with the VLI fund.

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

I have been contacted by the OP yesterday.

At this point - business started too long ago - and for how this whole matter has gone (a bit south) I can only check that actual trading and PI taxes transactions occurred within the API time and number constraints.

If this is enough, please all the parties involved post here about you being OK.

Moreover, I read a claim for a 5B scam. I am willing to check out objective, API verifiable transactions about that (given a temporal reference and sent names of the characters involved) and create an anonymized report about what I've found.

I have no interest in an audit.

Personally think it is a waste of time for everyone involved, but if it needs to be done, so be it.
