Can anyone tell me if loyalty points differ from system security to system security and if yes, what is the difference? The same also for ISK please. Also I'm under the assumption that mission rewards are based on the security status of the system the mission is in and not the security status of the system the agent issuing them from, is this correct?

Yes you do get more LP / rewards the lower the sec status. There was a thread on the old forums where someone had, in effect, reverse engineered the formula to get the "multiplier" that is used for sec status. Unfortunately, I seem to have lost that from my collection of bookmarks due to computer upgrades over time.

I know I had a print-out of the top 10 or so ranked agents, there was a listing in the above mentioned thread. I'll see if I have a copy lying around but don't be too hopeful. Your best bet is to have a search on the old forums (if they are still available), unless this post has jogged someone's memory and they have a bm to the thread.

Maybe it was this thread? I can see some ASCII art tables there and math formulas :)

As for the ISK, a difference of 0.1 in system security level from 1.0 down to 0.0 translates into a 10% increase in rewards per system security level. Reward increase is based on Agent location (system), not mission location.

Also agent standing and Social skills will affect reward increase too.

Taking the data from the linked-to old thread, and given that all Agents are now effectively Q20, and ignoring low-sec, we get this:

1.0: 100%
0.9: 113%
0.8: 126%
0.7: 140%
0.6: 153%
0.5: 167%
0.4: 180%

So almost 13.5% greater reward per 0.1 sec lower. The reason I'm including 0.4 is because this enables us to interpolate true-sec 0.45, the lowest possible "green" system, which should be about 173%.

Of course, the "baseline" isn't 1.0. I don't really know a lot of people who mission out of 1.0 systems. A more realistic comparison of relative rewards would be to look at 0.8 vs 0.5, and in this case, 0.5 is about 32% better.
