Seriously though, the FC (or you, if you were the FC) should've considered that option and had a designated scanner. Most ships now have utility highs and fitting a probe launcher in a WH op is just as important as any point or weapon. Don't make the same mistake again, or you'll get the same replies.

We had a FC with probes but he jumped out like 5 minutes before us - then bam it closed....LOL - it was nuts....but we contacted the corp that had structures in there and they told us the location to get out....

The guy with probes is always the last to leave. And you should always have more than one ship with probes just in case they get blown up.

Here's the rest of the story...

We got a hold of a member of the corp that had a lot of PI in there. Talked with them and they said they would help for 700 million isk (mean while they were setting up an ambush obviously). However through the discussions they told us what system the gate was in, so we had corp members go there scan down the enterance and get us out....so, we paid nothing, we lost nothing , and we got out....before they could set the ambush....

Not sure what they were thinking, they could have had us dead to rights but let it slip where the HS WH was...
