This might be the highest number we have seen in about two years. Congrats to CCP and all the players for an awesome patch! EvE is dying ... or maybe not.

Could be, but ... power of 2 accounts usually don't stay online that much, at least not when they are new.

Didn't you get the memo? Eve is dying, the numbers are all wrong because 18 year old armchair virgin experts say so, 'Die, eve, Die! ' I would think Chribba would have the records on the highest PCU recorded in the last 2 years and the exact time of the rebound. Care to comment, Holy Lord of Veldspar?

And great patch? Killrights system is currently broken. Suspect system has devolved into a new form of can baiting. With the sucker on the receiving end, not aware that he's the only one fighting at the end.
0.0 is a complete joke, no one with sense will go there.


Average player hours has not gotten anywhere near the peak of two years ago and the blip for this expansion didn't even reach the last one. So you keep that positive outlook, and wipe the brown stuff off your nose....

Pretty much this. I made 28 power of two accounts during this offer...
Plus, I also got hardware presents for christmas allowing me to run more clients, perhaps other people had the same thing?

All I am left thinking after reading this post, is mankind a stupid species?

Anyway, this is great news, retribution is an amazing expansion, hope CCP keeps the good work.

From Chribbas graphs it looks like the record was set in january 2011. Alliance tournament is in june right?

Saw 57, 776k about 30 minutes ago and now it's slowly going down. Great number though considering there are no special events going on.

That Alliance tournament may have set the previous record in June indeed.
