Just returned to eve and can't access my datacores

Hey, just a quick questions on R&D agents, I had my agent researching graviton physics for a while before I unsubbed, now I've returned I can't seem to get the datacores out of her even though she has 44000 research points, is there something I need to do to get the option?

do you have enough isk to cover it?

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Yea got plenty of isk just trying to clear up the agent so I don't have to come back again

It gives no kind of 'error message' or anything ? Let us know. Never heard of this happening, tbh.

I know it's cliche, but try clearing the cache and re-log.

No error at all just a start research button which when I click tells me that I don't have enough in Research Project Management

Well, what skill level is it on? If you have 44000 points, you have already started the Research for the agent and it should not be needing another skill level, much less to actually be 're-starting'.

Unless you lost some skillpoints due to an insufficient clone somehow.

Datacores have to be plugged into The Device now to function.

You should have the ability to choose how many data cores you want to receive from the R&D agent. Try choosing just 1, then 10, 100, etc. There might be a maximum number you can request at one time.

If that dosen't work it might be worth writing a petition about.
