Much appreciated. Just to be clear though, Buckingham was closed this weekend because we wanted to focus players onto our Duality and Singularity servers - it was not related to the mirror.

And it's not like it's any additional work for anyone, just post in a dedicated thread (so we can subscribe to it) that you're going to take a snapshot next day. Even if you are so spontaneous that you only know a few hours in advance, even that may help some of us. Please?

Been trying to log on since August- a few times per week but the mirror was done during the brief gap when all my 5 accounts were inactive. Or why not advertise it in the Tranq calendar?

To much stuff in EVE this week, and I consider mirrors a natural disaster, need days off work to set up on a new mirror or you feel it the rest of the mirror if you miss something. With seeds as they prob will be its going to be a real pain this mirror.

Why ask them to "commit" to anything when you're not paying for it? How about be patient and let CCP do their jobs without bringing your in-game tears to real life activities.

Who is not paying for what? And what does it have to do with it?

I'm just asking for a post on the forums saying "we will take a snapshot for a new mirror on tuesday/tomorrow/in 5 hours". This takes a dev 30 seconds. I don't ask to do anything differently, just a notice when you're doing it.

I just reactivated my account, and was hoping to get on the test servers... of course as my luck is (and always has been) the mirror was 5 days before I resubscribed, so I am technically dead to the server... Oh well, how many months can I expect for the next mirror?

People need to stop bumping this thread. I saw the dev post, without checking the date I found myself frantically trying to log my accounts in to start their training, and then when my 2nd account wouldn't log in... Something must have been up.


CCP, select the "tranquility" folder, press ctrl+c, then select the "singularity" folder and press ctrl+v. Alternatively, you could do it the other way, and I would get a few trillion isk in assets, never to leave 6-C, but either way.

Mirrors, sir, may I have another?
