hey

so i'm looking into trading this char code " 1234" what i'm looking for is a minmiatar pilot with the same amount off sp and it neede to be based on t3 loki skills and scanning skills ...


so my questions is .
how due you trade pilot for pilot ??
if i can't trade what can i expect to get for it ??
when trading pilots who is paying the transfer fee ??
any think i shut know about char / pilot trading before i due any thing ??

You cannot trade one character for another, the only supported method is to sell this one and then use that ISK to purchase a new one.

As your main selling point is the Tengu work on those skills.
Tactical Shield Manipulation 5 is a waste of SP, stop training it!
I would get your Tengu subs to 4/5, all missile support skills to 4, then sell for 5-7b.
