inquiry on the orbital strike and probable proposal

i have one or two questions that been bothering me since i last saw the trailer for the dust obital strike



1) Does the weapon type ,size and number matter in the damage done to the target?

I mean by that will the ship that do the orbital strike have a impact of the damage and area of effect ?
ex: A Amarr frigate with 3 gun do the same damage with the same area of effect as a Amarr destroyer with 8 gun?

Or better yet what would be the diffrence between a Amarr frig with 3 beam turret and a dread with his 3 beam turret in siege mode ??


2) Can a raven do a orbital strike since he don't use any turret but missile?

You just know CCP will nerf away all of its initial awsomeness. Otherwise, this being Eve, 1337 pvpers will find a way to grief mudhumpers.P
