Well...I don't usually on first date....but here you go:

It's really simple, just adjust contrast/ brightness, apply "cartoon" filter several times and then chose "poster" colour effect and gradually decrease from about 10 to 3-4 colours. Adjust contrast again and voila!

I'd like to apologize for the poor quality of the post above and sincerely hope you didn't waste your time reading it. Yes, I do feel bad about it.

You know, looking at those pictures more, it really brings out the details. I didnt realise our hair had that many detailed lines.

@Reiisha : Beautiful. This avatar is full of little details and is quite original in it's overall style, partially because she looks natural. But I'm not conviced about the background and her clothes. These are correct but you could in my opinion do something even better with more complicated ones.

Eyes look a little off - Personally i don't like the 'casually looking away from the camera' style, feels kind of pretentious and 80's ;p

Face itself i can't really judge due to the angle aswell, so i can't give it more than a 6/10 right now :/
