Did CCP make changes to DED spawning mechanic? I just found 3/10 in lowsec (0.2). And interestingly, it occupies signal band for 4/10. I have been exploring for awhile and this is the first time I find 3/10 in lowsec.

P.S. the Plex is Sansha 3/10

The Sansha one could be found in low sec in the past, I think it's the only one with this feature.

Ahh.. It would make sense if this is Sansha only. I have been flying around in lowsec Blood, Gurista, Angel and Serpentis. Never found 3/10s in lowsec for those factions.
