I mean, for the game?

The more people that buy PLEX, the more people who DON'T PvE, or mine, or trade?

What if everybody bought PLEX instead of making money the normal ways?

Anyway, to the OP:

Plex has value only because it is Rare. If everyone bought them it, then it would have no value. Or more importantly, everything else would be stupidly expensive because there'd be no minerals in the game. There'd also be no ISK, as no-one would be doing PvE

Confirming I bought a PLEX a couple hours ago frmo isk made in-game to resub one of my six accounts.

The Eve market is an intricate thing. No single factor is "bad" for it, especially since "bad" is a really subjective way to describe things. A rise in PLEX supply (caused by more people buying PLEX from CCP, or "creating" them) will eventually cause a drop in PLEX market ISK price, which is good for some people (PvE players paying for their subscription with PLEX), and bad for others (PLEX traders). Over time, the change in price may have more far-reaching effects on the Eve economy, but I cannot really comment on that since I am no economist.

Anyway, buying PLEX is not inherently bad, just as it's not inherently good. Learning stuff about how Eve works, though, is inherently good.
