Yep refinery efficiency at lvl5, just as refining. I'll go grab a batch when at home and see what numbers I get exactly.


File a bug report. This is extremely odd. I've never had something like that happen to me, nor heard about it happening to others.

Yes. I have perfect refine for all the highsec ores with Refinery Efficiency at 4 and enough levels in the ore-specific processing skill to make up the 100%

With refining efficiency at 5 and a 3% refining implant you can get 100% refine without any ore specific skills. As in the window show a 100% rate without having to check the waste column.
