I haven't tried to to do this in ages.. and it seems it doesn't work anymore. Is it me? an undocumented feature change(bug) or was it done on purpose?

It is available to fleet members, can you be more specific?

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.
