Anyone have a link to a guide or help on starting a gang booster alt?

I've started that power of 2, and I'd like to go as quickly as possible into helping out my corp, but I'm not sure which skill plan is best to get me there.

Thanks

pick which t3 you want and get that first. then wahtever it boosts go for that. you dont need alot of skills in wing until you can boost t2 and use the mindlinks.

like loki is skirmish
tengu is siege
legion is armor

or you could get t2 links and mindlink with no t3 till after. but you wont get as high of boosts until you get t3. either way its like 4 months before you become usefull

Ive read that T3 is a little better, but is it quicker going that route than straight to BC instead? I'd like to start boosting as quick as possible, and figured once I'm there I could then work on getting better and better with it.

honestly ive never boosted in a BC but t3 get bonuses per lvl. so you gain another 25% i think at lvl 5. So that in itself is alot better

i'll look into that, but I think that'll take a bit longer than going the BC route.

Keep in mind that the T3s and Command ships are going to get rebalanced this year, so the relevance of each will change somewhat. It's also looks like the rebalanced command ships will be a lot shorter to train into, because the nested logi and assault ship prereqs are going to be removed, leaving just the racial frig/dessie/cruiser/BC line and the Command Ships skill itself in order to spin the hull. And OGB is going away "soon" as well, meaning that the POS camping booster alt will be a thing of the past, and your booster will need to be able to stand and fight as well in order to be useful. So in other words, very little that we know about boosting today is likely to be true by the end of this year.

Finally, the BC and Dessie skill split is coming soon, so if it's possible, you might want to try to just blitz all four races to Cruiser III and BC V. If you can make it in under the wire with BC V, then you'll get the benefit of being able to quickly cross train into any of the new command ships or BCs once we see how everything actually looks after the rebalance, and if you don't like any of them, then T3 training won't be any longer than it is today.

EvE is supposed to suck.  Wait . . . what was the question?

That sounds good actually.

Besides the obvious leadership skills needed for gang links and boosting/etc, is there any other support skills related to boosting that I might be missing that would be beneficial?
