Additional Filters Please - Exclude Fully Trained Skills from Main Skill Sheet & Certificate Planner

Hey CCP,

Just a suggestion, similar to the filter in the training queue, could you please also include filters in the main skill sheets and the certificate planner so players can turn off skills that are completed to level 5. It would certainly make it easier if all the menus associated with skills could all have the same filters. Thanks.
