well while i was duelling my friend from alliance concord decided to take me out and blow up my new toy i was trying out, but a few moments after my ship popped i got this mail

Bounty payment
From: CONCORD
Sent: 2013.01.01 03:17

For your termination of Agesilaus III we have paid you 2,798,442.69 ISK from their bounty pool.

some how i got paid out for terminating my self, i had to laugh at this getting paid for killing my own ship? hummm seemed odd to me but does any body know how this happened?

The clock struck 12 as you were met by a blaze of Concordokken, in such you have trapped yourself in an eternal loop in the spacetime continuum, that means.... absolutely nothing but congrats on getting payed for killing yourself

You were in a fleet along with the person who killed your ship (Or in the case of a concord kill, the player who did the most damage). All fleet members get a cut on the bounty, even for killing a fleet member.

ahhhh i get it now so i cant be in fleet and duel my allience and i get isk if am in fleet haha so many new rules

You can be in a fleet. Thats not what called CONCORD. Shooting someone not in your corp and for whom you did not have rights to shoot did that. (Corp mates are free to shoot, not alliance mates. Its always been that way.)

Since there's seems to be something wrong and you didn't know to shut up CCP will probably remove the isk you just won.

well i know whats gone on so they wont remove it :) it was because i was in a fleet so they cant take it away

The logical conclusion is that if you carry a bounty and want to maximize your profit from suicide ganking, fleet up with a corp-mate and have them tackle you or something first, so you can collect your own bounty.

Interesting.

I'd file a bug report with all the details included if I were you. The new mechanics are rather comically broken and need fixing and anything you could do to help would be for the good of all.
