Looking to move to Null SEC

My corporation is looking to move to null sec. Can anyone give us any advice on how / where to start? We are a few of real life friends that have been playing this game for a while now, and we are getting bored of the care-bear play in high sec. Any help would be awesome! Thanks in advance!
