Apparently there were some personal attacks in a post about what I'm about to link. I thought I'd link it here because it's a really interesting read not just for the bottling stuff but also just for how alliance types think of the game. I've always played eve trying to selfishly break off a piece for myself at the expense of another... wild to see that some of these alliance types really think they can rule the whole of eve...

basically every botting thread involves some worthless hiseccers bringing up our "do not petition other Goons" rule as if it's specifically meant to protect botters and as if we somehow know when somebody is filing those petitions

since the same people who bring them up tend to be from failed alliances, one-man tax-dodging corps and NPC alts it's obvious that they don't understand why successful alliances have "don't ask, don't tell" policies towards filing petitions against blues

or do I really have to point out why somebody who brags about reporting other members and allies to CCP is just the type of person you don't want in your alliance, because they're the kinds who just want to create unnecessary drama?

since your alliance isn't one I'd consider "successful" I can see why you're confused!
