Ability to see bounty amount of pilot in Overview

So you do not have to go to show info; when there is a lot it takes too much time.


OPTIONAL : Add to Overview Settings -> Ships and Overview Settings -> Columns

Selected item window shows bounty when you select ship on overview or in space.
