Just some thoughts,

Drone prices are going to increase short term due to PVE players loosing drones to the new ai hungry NPC's. This will continue for the short term before falling sharply after drone users switch to turret/missile pve boats.

Build sell drones now during the spike and get out before the crash. T2 drone BPO owners, carrier BPO owners sell now while the going is good :)

Pretty sure the short term would have been at retribution release, and is long over now. Most people have adapted by now, or already switched.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Bandwagon's already gone mate, no use trying to jump on it anymore.

The time for cashing in is already gone.

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

I kept trying to use drones for PVE for a while experimenting with all the different suggestions before ending in the conclusion that drones are no longer for PVE. To fully try all these methods took around 2 weeks and I expect the same from other drone PVE'rs I feel many have yet to switch and that the full drone crash has not yet occurred.

Too bad you didn't just get on the test server, those drones for 100 isk don't really break the bank.

The increase in drone casualties has ultimately resulted in a reduction of active drone pilots, so in the end drone prices may well end up dropping do to an overall reduction in demand due to simple lack of use.

Bit of a subject nowadays.

Luckily I cashed out some 8000 drones that iv had for about a year after a somewhat successful manipulation attempt.

For those of us that dualbox, drones get shot at FAR less now. Additionally, even as a solo mission runner, ratter, etc, there is a way to make the rats shoot at you instead of your drones, to an extent that they will target your drones even less now, than they used to, and it isn't an exploit, either. I don't care to explain it, but take a brief look into target prioritization mechanics, and the answer will leap out at you pretty fast.

TL:DR; My drones get shot at less after dec 4 than they did pre.
