Ammatar, Khanid, Amarr: All the parts of what is sometimes referred to as 'Greater Amarr' have slavery as a part of their culture. Going to search for the anti-slavery establishment in that cultural conglomerate is a bit like searching for the anti-slavery elements in the semitic ancient near-east.

But, as CCP Eterne said, at least if you do the usual combat missions there are none that make you a slaver or slave-holder. Slave-holding and especially slave-taking is strictly regulated in the Empire after all. The 'worst' an anti-slavery capsuleer gets as missions, as far as I recall, would be those that send you out against the "Secret Starway" one of the anti-slavery groups of the Amarrian anti-establishment. Just as in the semitic near east, slavery in the Empire is a given fact of social life and something 'natural', not everyone is (directly) involved in the practice of slavery.

So, getting around enslaving people, trading slaves and keeping slaves shouldn't be too difficult even if you're sitting in the middle of the Empire. Shooting illegal slavers shouldn't be a biggie for someone who's against slavery after all., even though these missions deal with 'slavery' just as shooting slavers in the republic do. In quite the same way, ironically.
