It's the Holidays and giving is more important than receiving.

So, I've been busy for about a week trying to find the perfect Merc gift to "Entertain" ... But surprisingly most Merc I contacted either did not respond, said they don't shoot at other ships when they undock or simply answered that they only like to suck their thumb while spinning their ship in station all day.

Target lives in High but goes to Low. Is in an NPC Corp and plays solo.

Why is it so hard to find a REAL Merc?

Ok, so let's say I am looking for a ganker ... where would I find one?

Are some of those gankers evolved enough to have learned reading and writing to answer my request for a perfect Holiday gift?

Clear your cache. When you restart, Mercs are everywhere.

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

And how exactly do you propose a Merc kills a target in an NPC corp which cannot be decced?

Wait for him to flip your can? Suicide gank him with a Vindicator? Follow him running plex's out to his main toons location in the heart of Goons space flying a stealth bomber?

You're asking for a rather difficult feat for any Merc to do realistically. Or maybe you're just not offering enough isk? :)

A  blonde with P.M.S. and a Vindicator is the most powerful force in Eve. Screw the DoomsDay Device. She just figured out how to make blaster rounds out of Estrogen...

I will kill/maim/destroy said person (in-game) for a nominal fee.
Repeat service available.

The cost for such services include replacement of ships (most likely 2-3 Talos), and 500m. You're paying for my losses if this happens in High Sec (up front), and 500m to a trusted 3rd party (at your expense). You're not so much paying me for killing said person, but paying me for the time it takes to get me to rat my sec status back up, and to entice me to login in the first place.
