Ganking blockade runner SOP was "shoot it the moment you can, worry later" anyways, not sure if something changed with this patch.
Though I must admit I got locked in my empty BR on Jita undock once (would never do what I did again). I suppose there was a scan cycle though since I did not explode.

Now, if DSTs were buffed in this way, that would be completely another story Big smile
