As for who the 'most poweful man' in the cluster is, while i know he'd love to believe it was him, it is likely not the mittani. he may have a lot of influence amongst capsuleers, but like the rest of us, he can be removed from any position of authority by CONCORD at any time they should so desire.

to cut a long story short, too many capsuleers believe in the illusion of their power, look through the smoke and mirror show and you will see the truth.
