The answer is NO.

The characters are similar build. Your character is 30.8 mil sp less. 6.2 billion isk compensation does not cover the sp difference (current sp/isk rate applying).

The offer that you made does not seem to add up. Your character is being valued (by yourself) at 21.5 billion isk on replies to WTB threads. My character has a starting bid of 32 billion isk (without any discount nor meeting reserve amount). Your sp compensation offer is 6.2 billion isk.

Meastro Malfaxteur could be sold for only isk as it will net a greater return (greater amount of isk remaining after a replacement character purchase).

I can not accept a deposit system, as it is not secured by CCP. I believe that scammers are still in danger of banning, but the seller still does not attain the remaining amount owed.

I will be only guaranteed 24 bil isk for a 98 mil sp character. no logical reason to gamble.

I will not reserve the character for an entire week, as it is within your right to cancel purchase.
