12.20.2012 EVE Patch ERROR

So I have reinstalled eve twice now, I have rebooted my computer, I have run the EveRepair tool several times in row before and after both reinstalls. I keep getting an error and I am not allowed to get the client to work.

Here is what i'm left with, LauncherEXE;
No handlers could be found for logger "overrides"

ERROR OCCURED:
the logfile 'C:\Program Files\CCP\EVE\Launcher\Launcher.exe.log' could not be opened:
Ernno 13 Permission denied: C:\\Program Files\\CCP\\EVE\\Launcher\\Launcher.exe.log'

Apologies for the delay in addressing this issue. The launcher team informed us today of the solution which can be found below:

1. Delete the Launcher folder which can be found in your EVE Online client folder.
2. Download the launcher installer from the following URL:

http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/launcherInstaller/EVEOnlineLauncher_1_32_tq.exe

3. Once downloaded can you run the .exe file and direct the launcher to your client installation when prompted.
4. Once the launcher installation is complete can you start the launcher using the 'EVE Online Launcher' link which can be found in your clients folder.

If you see that your account settings have gone (your username will not be visible in the login screen) then simply restart the launcher and client.

Had the same issue as well. reinstall of installer fixed it.

And, wait for it.... yep again EVE crashed for me. I think I will keep a log here how many times EVE crashes for me before I give up.I have three accounts and I am not even a month old into the game and i've had to reinstall and fix this game more then any game i've ever played in the past.

So I took a few days away due to holidays, just wanted to annotate yep my game CRASHED again and I had to do wizard tricks to fix it. Such waste of time!

Well I have petitioned explaining my situation and with no luck I came to terms if I can not log into this game I will not be paying for it. It's a shame I didn't even get past my first month on all three accounts I have closed them and I am walking away with a loss of over $200 on three accounts 8plexs and some AUR.

I still have not had one response to my petitions or this thread, nothing at all

SHAME ON YOU CCP!!!

If this is how you treat new players, especially players with money to throw around like I did, then there will be no question when EVE population doesn't increase.
