built for ice mining in empire to WH mining with very good scanning skills aswell as poss defence

Good empire or wormhole industry char

Cloaky hauling and fenrir for either wormhole hauling or empire hauling

sorry to post this, im an ice miner, and i still dont understand when some1 says PERFECT or max out, can you plz explain me what means perfect??

becouse for me perfect means everything at level 5, no exceptions...

also mackis tanks shield, u also need shild skills all at level 5??

what is exactly what ur looking for??

The ore skills are perfect at lvl 4. 5 is a waste of time and SP. Exhumer 5 is needed.
Shield and support skills should be enough to tank a 0.0 belt without hurting ore output. ( some 5 some 4 )
