Sorry for double, triple, even quadruple post, just want that devs pay atention on this old idea and people needs.

Realy Devs Come on... Im siting on main and alt (17hours or more) on very expensive implants set, i want (enter now) some low sec pvp or i want just try pvp, but this fact i use expensive implants keept me for pvp ( not only me but thousands of other people) not because im afraid to lose ship but lose some implants that i realy dont need on pvp, frist they expensive and second they not helpfull while pvp.

Please reduce this time to minimum 12 hours...

How long it take...

Guys come on, eveyone become more happy and got benefit when CCP reduce this 24h sesion.

CCP please allow your game mechanic evolve....

Its keep me not only from pvp it keep me even form login to gameAttention

With regards your old customer who play over 6 years and still exist on this awesome but also very slow evolving game.

EvE isn't game, its style of living.

Then you shouldn't have bought the implants to begin with.

Either buy the expensive implants and PvP in them getting the full use out of them

OR

Don't buy the expensive implants and except.

EVE is full of choices.

YOu make choices every day with ship fittings and except the results of your actions, why should implants be any different ?

i don't see an issue jumping to another clone if it's in the same station and resets the cooldown to 24 hours. prevents people abusing it for traveling and lets people swap implant sets.

then again, why should you be allowed to swap implants without a second thought?

if you are going to pvp in lowsec or highsec you dont have to worry about being podded.

When is CCP going to fix this!? My solution is for them to allow us to have multiple characters running on the same PC. This way I can use one for isk making and another for PVP. Cmon CCP!

I agree with you but Eve shoud offer more instant pvp not restricted by stupid 24 h waiting, people works, people got familis, people do other thing in RL, and while they want some action they have to waint until, damn 24 hour period is over.

By shortening the jump timer you are then getting very close to implants that can't be destroyed.

Now that being said I would rather see the jump clone timer changed to once a day (EVE time) or reset everyone during down time.
Whichever would be easier for CCP

And drop the hard fast 24 hour timer.

that means I could jump at say 2000 and play where ever and then at 0001 EVE time I would be able to jump again.

A compromise that should make most happy.

Easy solution:

1: Carebear lots of ISK
2: Create second account and add PLEX
3: Buy PvP character and put on 2nd account
4: Die in a fire "trying" PvP

Learning Implants: Too afraid to PVP with them; too afraid to lose training time to play without them (for a full 24 hours).

I can clone around the universe at any of the dozens and dozens of offices rented by my corp every 2 minutes. As long as it takes to self destruct my pod. It's your to choice to wear all that **** in your head.

The only thing it prevents right now is for players to log in because they don't want to pvp with the implanted clone for several times the cost of the ship they fly.

Clone costs are already ridiculous once you step above 60M sp, this already prevents a lot of pvp. Jump clone timers are also preventing pvp.

Now if this is really a problem for someone about traveling yadaya, start by asking nerfs to titan and jump bridges, those are indeed huge advantages and shouldn't be that powerful.
Clone costs and jump timers are not good for players experience by any means or brings something valuable to the game.
For those talking about choices then ask CCP to implement a double timer so you can still use a 24h or even a year timer if that pleases you that much and think seriously this kind of stuff brings something valuable at whatever point.

no. people being risk averse is preventing pvp. don't pretend it has anything to do with the jump clone cooldown.

Players not login because clone timers not only makes those implants indestructible (at some point) but also less players or characters fleeting up/roaming whatever pvp.

So, the questions should be: do you prefer more dudes doing pvp or not?
Does this timer prevents pvp, yes or not?

Once you seriously answered those questions taking in account there's not only a single way of thinking or playing this game, then I think we can move on and actually pvp a little more, I mean, play the game a little more.

It's not the single negative point, you have to add all the natural problems random whatever player will encounter trying to log in and play Eve like usual bugs, new bugs, bad patches, and also figure out many players using other thing than Windows XP B.C. versions like Mac, Linux or even win8 have huge issues just to be able to undock and actually click and move to something.
Then yes, this is not only a problem for gaming experience but also an unnecessary and stupid problem that should never ever been one in the first place.

But it's only my $15 humble opinion, I know doesn't count that much.

If the timer is ticking, you've already jumped. So why are you jumping about SO much?

Or is 24 hours in a lower grade of implant clone REALLY such a big deal?
