All sales are full amount paid up front before Entry System and bookmarks are given to you.

Your purchase buys you a bookmark, a scouted way in for your scout (1 person) and 1 hour to confirm wormhole is advertised as described, unless otherwise agreed.

If there are any discrepancies about Resident data you may have your isk refunded immediately.

If at any time prior to taking wormhole intel that allows you access, you may request your isk be refunded, unless we have kept the wh on hold for you for more than 10 hours. This means we have a dedicated scout to hold your purchase.

To maintain our scout in your wormhole for whatever reason, an additional charge of 50 million isk per day will be charged. Scouts will not remain in the wormhole for more than 3 days without written agreement.

Hands down, TheresaM and her crew by far provide an outstanding service that truely goes above and beyond. Thier patience was astounding. Initially they found a wormhole that fit my specifications. Everything seemed to be going well in the begining. I handed over the ISK and part of the purchase was that they would help securely escort us into the wormhole and agreed to stay while we set up of tower and moved a few things in.
The problem occured when the low security route was heavily camped. So we waited for the next day. The second day the same thing happened. And then a Third. For three full days they continued to rally thier scouting team, continuing to scan out the new exits so when the right time came we could safely make our way in. Because of the time it was taking, I felt they had done more than the initial agreement called for an offered to let them keep the ISK and forget about holding onto the wormhole as it was taking days for us to get in safely. They refused to keep the ISK and just allow us to go on our way without getting us safetly into the wormhole. On the fourth day, they were able to lead us in safetly. I am certain that they had to have taken a loss on the sale of the wormhole versus the time it took to safetly get us in, but as mentioned, they refused to keep the ISK without having held up thier part even though I insisted.
I have delt with many different pilots on various occassions for business matters and the integrity and character that they exercised was phenominal. I'm sorry you've had bad experiences purchasing wormholes, but I can assure you I and nobody I'm related to will allow customers to walk away with a bad experience.

I think you misunderstand what that quote means. If you don't mind, I'd like to clarify.

It's been our experience and understandably so, that many clients aren't ready to move in when requesting wormhole locations.

In order not to waste 2 or 3 days holding a wormhole location, we say the bookmark, entry into the wormhole (safe passage) and an hour to confirm the wh is what was advertised as your purchase. We are actually there with you when you check. We take an image shot of the client in the wh uncloaked near the exit with one of us.

We don't post Jsigs or images on the forums to protect our client's security. We request feedback be posted in exchange for our quality hand-over services. Also, you'r money is refundable at any time, even if discussed rationally after you've seen the wormhole.

If there's anything else we may do to make this service as safe as possible for both parties, please provide constructive criticism. It will be much appreciated by many.

THIS is a money maker for small to medium sized corporations or those who don't have the numbers online to run C4 and higher class wormholes.

ROLL the C3 static when you're alone or with another corp mate.; C3's offer some of highest isk per hour activities for solo PVE in the game.

The C3 static means you nearly always have a way to get to Empire.
