Ive tried both this and wunder-bet.com. The eve-bet site is def a bit spiffier and has a bit more choice in events, but wunder-bet seems to have larger pools, larger pools=fewer 1.00 or 1.02 odds and more ISK if you win :D

wunder-bet pools uses the same system to generate odds that we do, he is just seeding his matches with isk on both sides.

I'll explain it a little better.

Both eve-bet and wund use the same "parimutuel" betting system, where your odds are calculated based on who bets on what side. If 1b is bet on side A, and only 50m on sideB. If side 1 wins, the 50mill will go to A. If A is comprised of multiple people, it will be split the 50m amongst all winners according to how much each person bet.

When we launched, our system would never let you go below 1.0 odds. We have since changed it to try always give you ATLEAST 1.05 odds on heavy one side betting.

wunder is seeding his/her own betting pool in order to generate artificial odds. Whether he pays it out is another story.

Alright but I dont really care who is putting the ISK in the pool as long as I get my ISK when I win (which, for now, I get on both sites), the only difference is that on wunder-bet I get 1.8 odds for this weekends Vikings game with 900M in the pot and here I get 1.2 with less than 50M in the pot. That means if I place down a large bet on Minnesota I will lower the odds even more as there is little in the pot.
