Hey guys, just need some quick advice. Im flying an ac maelstrom and doing really well in missions, wondering where people have gone to next for even more pew pew?
ive read the mach is a beast in level 4's, would it be recommended going to a mach next? Isk is no issue, im just thinking skill wise. I can fit and fly a mael quite well, would it be wise to go onto a mach yet?

Mach is more or less a less tanky but speedy Maelstrom with more damage, and is one of the best mission ships available. Don't expect it to survive any lowsec missions without being scanned down however. As long as you don't bling it too much it's not worthwhile to gank it either.

You can of course fly a Vargur also, the Minmatar marauder, though it doesn't complete missions as quickly. It's more of a tanky ship which can also loot and salvage during the mission instead of returning in a Noctis.

Sure. Don't waste isk on overtaking it though. Hope u have fun. (You'll love it)

In pve, Mach is a big upgrade over Mael in a lot of things, but most significantly falloff range. You'll complete missions much faster.

Try the Vargur if you're used to the high tank of a Mael, at expense of gank.

I personally found that it was a lot of fun to drop down a class and fly the Sleipnir. It may or may not be more efficient, but it is a lot more fun, and definitely more exciting to fly. If you want easy missions though, machariel and vargur are definitely the way to go.
