Hello, I am currently looking to purchase a minmatar combat pilot. I would like there to be a strong focus on gunnery as well as spaceship command. I am looking for a pilot with about 15 million SP and am willing to spend around 4-5.5billion isk for the character (capable of paying immediately)

Some skills that I "require" are the following:
Arrow Small, Medium, Large Projectile Turret 5
Arrow Minmatar Frig, Cruiser 5
Arrow BC / Destroyer 5
Arrow Engineering / Electronic / Mechanics 5

As I said, I would prefer a strong focus on gunnery and spaceship command, anything indy related, I will not pay extra for. I will be online for the next ~6hours and willing to accept a character ASAP! Feel free to convo me with info as well, I will most likely notice it before a post on the forum
