I didn't realize that the 'School of Applied Knowledge' rented from TEST.

Your trolololololol postings might be kinda, sorta, maybe, possibly, 1/100 of 1% believeable if you were even in a 1 man corp.

Now that i'm thinking about it, I don't ever recall any corp that has 'rented' from TEST giving any feedback in this thread.

Look at the WH sales threads, you usually get a "Trasaction went smooth, very professional, they helped me out, blah blah blah"

Haha very nice, tried to rent from:

-goonswarm "it`s 500mil, system sec is -0.6"
-me "okay heres the isk, when can I move out"
-goonswarm "Im afraid theres been an administrative problem, throw in another 500mil"
-me "f*** off"

then comes Gentlemen`s agreement:

-their official "renter" comes and says "saw your forum post..."
-after a talk, picking up the system, paid for it, was going for it spent 4 hours moving stuff
then, when finally came into the system their small fleet with 3, 4 supers and a bunch of BC come in
making a minor damage to the wallet, 3 bil approx including ISK paid for the "rent", I had a bit of laugh
and figured out something in eve.

never trust goon&test coalition, but if anyone who wants to test that out feel free to be as dumb as I was.

*NOTE*
Anyone who is a member of test, goons or that coalition replying on my comment, ill flood the forum with screenies proving im right, and gather all the people who got crossed over by that coalitions official and unofficial renters. Thtas just to make other people their gameplay expirience a bit more fun.

P.S. for the renters:
If you are trying to rent out, dont put yourself in the position where you pay first and then expect something, it`s like in real life, pay half now, half later, and negotiate everything else except fixed prices, if they dont want to negotiate, expect a scamm.

n1..^^ usually everyone knows that only TEST is renting this space and so you only have to talk TO test..^^ Wondering why u think goon or Gentlemen`s agreement are manager of fountain ^^

lol as an alliance the decision is made to allow renters for that sweet sweet iskies, then having the amazeballs idea to allow yourself to be screwed out of more iskies by allowing people to scam with rentals

Test is renting out Delve and Fountain, yet in the rules being in Delve is forbidden?

It means that that version of the rules is not up-to-date then.
Every renter has access to all of Delve until March 1st (for now).
