Post Retribution solo/small gang Caldari cruisers

With the new re-balancing of cruisers are there now any good Caldari cruisers for solo/small gang pvp and could you please give me some fits for them.

The Osprey is now viable as a lowcost logi .. expect it to be quite high on the primary target choices
The Blackbird is still good for ecm

I've heard the Moa and Caracal are both nice. I've EFT'd a nice tanky Moa. Not having much luck with the Caracal. It's either not tanky enough or not quick enough for me but people tell it it's pretty good now days.

Hey there. So the Moa absolutely rocks face as an in your face brawler - it has the ability to fit heavy tackle or an extremely heavy tank. It is also able to dish out close to 600 damage within about 10km.

The Caracal is far better then it was, I haven't had the chance to use it much. It isn't made for as much of an assault role as the Moa is. But it has really good damage projection with HAMS being able to do about 300 or so damage from 25km-30km. It sports a decent tank. But probably the best thing about the Caracal is its ability to act as a close range, sniper or anti-frigate platform. It can also reliably deal any damage type of your liking.

I am just wondering how it fairs as a kiting boat with HAMS, I have not had many opportunities to test it.

The new HAM caracal can do some crazy things with its great (selectable) damage projection and reasonable speed.

I'm a fan of the dual web setup while others are more for the cap booster to constantly maintain range.
